13 December 2011: The Committee took evidence from Linda Whitmore, Development Officer, Children and Young People, Nigel Over, Trustee and Amanda Bradley, Member, ENABLE Scotland and agreed to write to the Scottish Government, Scottish Education Quality and Improvement Agency, the General Teaching Council for Scotland, Education Scotland, the Association of Headteachers and Deputes in Scotland, the Educational Institute of Scotland and local authorities. Link to Official Report 13 December 2011 (470KB pdf)

17 April 2012: The Education and Culture Committee considered Petition PE1409 by Linda Whitmore, on behalf of ENABLE Scotland, on training for education staff on learning disabilities and autistic spectrum disorders.
