Calling on the Scottish Parliament to urge the Scottish Government to review the Land Registration etc. (Scotland) Act 2012, particularly with regard to i) the cadastral map and ii) the provision of supporting materials such as death certificates.

I have experienced difficulties with title registration and consider the methodology beinf used which does take dimensions for existing title into the new title to be fundamental and potentially faital flaw in the current system. I understand the diving force is the current Scottish Governmet's drive to punnish large land owners via taxation or similar actions
