SB 14-35 Food (Scotland) Bill

The Scottish Government’s Food (Scotland) Bill was introduced to the Scottish Parliament on 13 March 2014. It seeks to create a new body - Food Standards Scotland - to take over the work of the UK-wide Food Standards Agency in Scotland, and establishes new food law provisions.
