SB 14-65 Mental Health (Scotland) Bill

The Mental Health (Scotland) Bill was introduced in the Scottish Parliament on 19 June 2014 by the Cabinet Seretary for Health and Wellbeing. The overarching objective of the Bill is to help people with a mental disorder access effective treatment quickly and easily.
