1. The Electoral Commission and its Report on the Scottish Independence Referendum: The Committee will take evidence from—
John McCormick, Electoral Commissioner, Alex Robertson, Director of Communications, and Andy O’Neill, Head of Office Scotland, The Electoral Commission.
2. Work programme (in private): The Committee will review its work programme.
Proposed future business
At its next meeting, on 15 January 2015, the Committee expects to take oral evidence from a range of civic Scotland organisations on the Smith Agreement.
Justice Sub-Committee on Policing

The Sub-Committee will meet at 1.15 pm in the David Livingstone Room (CR6)
1. Decision on taking business in private: The Sub-Committee will decide whether to take item 3 in private.
2. i6 programme: The Sub-Committee will take evidence on progress with development of the i6 programme from—
Deputy Chief Constable Neil Richardson, Designated Deputy for Chief Constable, and Chief Superintendent Hamish MacPherson, Programme Manager for i6, Police Scotland;
Tom McMahon, Director of Strategy and Performance, Scottish Police Authority.
