S4W-24121 Tavish Scott: To ask the Scottish Government, further to paragraph 126 of the Finance Committee’s 1st report 2015, Draft Budget 2015-16, when it will provide detail on the repayments that NHS boards are incurring via the non-profit distributing model.
S4W-24122 Tavish Scott: To ask the Scottish Government, further to the recommendation at paragraph 132 of the Finance Committee’s 1st report 2015, Draft Budget 2015-16, whether the Scottish Fiscal Commission has now been instructed to monitor the Scottish Government’s long-term investment commitments.
S4W-24123 Tavish Scott: To ask the Scottish Government, further to paragraph 151 of the Finance Committee’s 1st report 2015, Draft Budget 2015-16, what year on year savings are projected to achieve the £1.1 billion saving noted in the financial memorandum to the Police and Fire Reform (Scotland) Act 2012.
S4W-24124 Tavish Scott: To ask the Scottish Government what its position is on the observation in paragraph 151 of the Finance Committee’s 1st report 2015, Draft Budget 2015-16, that "it was difficult to assert whether the timetable for achieving the £1.1billion saving by March 2026 was achievable."

S4W-24166 Michael Russell: To ask the Scottish Government whether the UK Government has implemented recommendation 4.21 of the Commission on Scottish Devolution and, if so, when it came into effect, what posts in Scotland it applies to, and whether it will apply to the appointment of a new Permanent Secretary.
S4W-24167 Michael Russell: To ask the Scottish Government whether it will seek to have delegated to the First Minister the responsibility for appointing or approving appointments of senior civil servants previously held by the Prime Minister.
S4W-24173 Stewart Maxwell: To ask the Scottish Government whether it will provide a breakdown of recorded religious hate crimes in 2013-14 expressed as the number of incidents per 1,000 members of each religious affiliation, also broken down by incidents recorded under section (a) 74 of the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 2003 and (b) 1 of the Offensive Behaviour at Football and Threatening Communications (Scotland) Act 2012.
