About the Bill

A Bill for an Act of the Scottish Parliament to make provision about the enforcement of contractual terms by third parties.

This Scottish Government Bill was introduced by the Cabinet Secretary for Justice, Michael Matheson MSP on 31 January 2017.

Stage 1

The Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee was designated lead committee for the Bill by the Parliamentary Bureau on 9 February 2017.
