The Committee considered the petition on 25 October 2016 and agreed to write to the Cabinet Secretary for Environment, Climate Change and Land Reform on the petition.
31 January 2017
The Committee agreed to close the petition at its meeting on 31 January 2017. It also agreed to write to the Scottish Government to seek early sight of the strategic environmental assessment attached to forthcoming suborindate legislation.
