Children and Young People (Information Sharing) (Scotland) Bill

  

The Children and Young People (Information Sharing) (Scotland) Bill was introduced in the Scottish Parliament on 19 June 2017. The Bill seeks to amend the Children and Young People (Scotland) Act 2014 on the provision of information in relation to the named person service and the preparation and implementation of child's plans.

The Finance and the Constitution Committee has issued a call for evidence inviting written submissions on the estimated financial implications of the Bill as set out in its accompanying Financial Memorandum (FM). The deadline for submissions was 8 August.
