About the Bill
A Bill to change the licensing system for operators of travelling funfairs in Scotland. The Bill aims to make the system quicker, simpler, cheaper and more unifiorm across council areas.
Current status of the Bill
The Member's Bill was introduced in the Scottish Parliament by Richard Lyle MSP, on 29 April 2020.

Stage 1
The Local Government and Communities Committee is the designated lead Commiteee for Stage 1 scrutiny.
