2. The Committee considered the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 (Consequential Modifications) (No. 2) Order 2011. This instrument was laid on 5 September 2011 and is subject to affirmative procedure.
3. Minister for Public Health, Michael Matheson MSP, moved motion S4M-00911—
That the Health and Sport Committee recommends that the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 (Consequential Modifications) (No.2) Order 2011 be approved.
