The Land Registration etc. (Scotland) Bill was introduced by the Scottish Government to the Scottish Parliament on 1 December 2011.
The Economy, Energy and Tourism was referred the Bill as the lead committee and completed its consideration of the general principles of the Bill with a report to the Parliament in March 2012.
The Committee took evidence throughout January and February 2012 and reported to the Scottish Parliament on 6 March 2012.
