Scrutiny of the Scottish Government's Draft Budget 2013-14

The Justice Committee agreed to focus its scrutiny of the Scottish Government's Draft Budget 2013-14 on three discrete areas:

  • the courts budget
  • the budget for police reform
  • financing the Commission on Women Offenders' recommendations

The Committee in particular welcomed views on any or all of these three areas of the justice budget. The closing date for submissions was noon on Thursday 18 October 2012.
