
Ask the Health Secretary
Health and Sport Committee members put questions to Cabinet Secretary for Health and Wellbeing, Alex Neil MSP at their meeting on 12 November. The questions had been sent in from members of the public and stakeholders in an innovative session that saw members of the committee explore the issues at greater length. In just over an hour, the Cabinet Secretary faced questions covering issues such as cardiac rehabilitation services, medical devices and mental health.
Unfortunately time pressures defeated members’ efforts to get through all of the eighteen questions that had been selected, however the Cabinet Secretary has kindly provided the Committee with written answers to the six questions not reached: these can be found via the link below.
