Evidence
We launched our call for evidence on 28 March 2014.
Evidence received
To help inform questioning of the Scottish Government, the Committee shared a summary of the evidence received during its follow-up work with a wide range of stakeholders, asking for comments by the end of 2014.
Stakeholder comments
On 5 February 2015 we heard further evidence from the Minister for Housing and Welfare, and agreed to write to both the Minister for Housing and Welfare and the Minister for Children and Young People for further information. We also agreed to highlight our work to the Infrastructure and Capital Investement, Education and Culture and Local Government Committees, and to ask for further updates from the Scottish Government throughout the remainder of the session with a view to including recommendations for the next Equal Opportunities Committee on further follow-up work within our Session 4 legacy report.
