Remit
The Committee welcomed Professor Walter Stahel, Product Life Institute, to give a briefing on resource use and the circular economy at its meeting on 2 October 2013 and then held an evidence session with stakeholders on 14 May 2014. The Committee also heard about some of the issues in a session with European Commissioner for the Environment, Janez Potočnik on 20 June 2013.
