About the Bill

A Bill for an Act of the Scottish Parliament to remove the limitation period for actions of damages in respect of personal injuries resulting from childhood abuse.

This Scottish Government Bill was introduced by the Cabinet Secretary for Justice, Michael Matheson MSP, on 16 November 2016.
