Seat Belts on School Transport (Scotland) Bill

The Seat Belts on School Transport (Scotland) Bill was introduced in the Parliament on 28 February 2017 by Gillian Martin MSP. The purpose of the Bill is to require that all dedicated home-to-school transport service vehicles are fitted with seat belts.
