About the Inquiry

The Scottish Government plans to publish a Summer Budget Revision (SBR) towards the end of May. This will detail all funding allocations made to date in response to the COVID-19 outbreak.
In advance of the SBR being published, the Committee would welcome written views on the impact of COVID-19 on the public finances and the Fiscal Framework.
The closing date for submissions was Friday 29 May 2020.
Read the responses to the call for evidence.
Before making a submission, please read our privacy notice about submitting your views to a Committee. This tells you about how we process your personal data.
Please note that in most cases your written submission will be published on the Scottish Parliament's website and may be quoted in the Committee's report or in Committee meetings (which are public and broadcast).
We welcome written views in English, Gaelic, Scots or any other language. Due to the time required to process and analyse evidence, late submissions will only be accepted with the agreement of the Committee Clerk.
Written responses should be sent electronically, to [email protected]
Ideally submissions should be no more than four sides of A4.
Correspondence
